THE COMPANY

Our client is a film production company producing award-winning content that helps clients achieve their communication objectives through the power of film.

THE ROLE

As a Production Assistant you’ll play a key role in supporting the production team, ensuring smooth operations on set, coordinating logistics, and assisting with pre and post-production tasks to help bring impactful projects to life.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Producers with budget management.
  • Coordinate and book crew, as well as manage logistics.
  • Organise and oversee essential shoot documents, including call sheets, risk assessments, and movement orders.
  • Support scheduling for productions and shoot timelines.
  • Conduct project research as needed.
  • Book crew and assist in scouting locations.
  • Provide on-set and remote recording support during shoots.

THE PERSON

With previous experience as a Production Assistant in a related field, the ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the production process.

You should be highly organised and able to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with colleagues at all levels.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required to support budget management and prepare documents like scripts and call sheets.
