What you'll do:
- Assemble products and symbols according to specifications, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Pack and label products for delivery.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve production and quality.
- Support the Production Manager by participating in team meetings, training, and contributing ideas to enhance the production operation.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, respecting the values of the organisation.
What we're looking for:
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Dexterity and attention to detail in assembling products.
- Problem-solving skills to contribute solutions for process improvement.

Desirable skills and experience:
- Previous manufacturing or production work experience.
This is a temporary 6-month contract with the potential for a permanent position. The hourly rate is £13.15, and you will work full-time (37 hours per week) from Monday to Friday. Join our client's team and make a positive impact on the community.
