Ryder Reid Legal is looking for a talented Accounting Analyst to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. The role will be working in their dynamic and growing finance team and presents a great opportunity. Please see more information below.

Responsibilities:

  • Approve Chrome River expenses and invoices
  • Monitor and track purchase order allocations in Chrome River
  • Handle vendor uploads
  • Enter and post invoices outside of Chrome River
  • Manage partner draw and distribution payments
  • Monitor cashflow and convert funds when required
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with the Solicitors Accounts Rules audit
  • Maintain bills list
  • Review and post journals

Skills and Competencies:

  • Minimum of two years' legal accounts experience
  • Knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules preferred
  • Experience with Aderant and Chrome River preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft programs
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong and confident communication skills - both written and verbal
