As an Acquisition Analyst, you'll source and appraise new deal opportunities nationwide, building strong relationships with house builders, developers, and agents. You'll support the Head of Affordable Acquisitions/Senior Associates from site identification to legal exchange, preparing bid packs for the Investment Committee and contributing to the team's growth plans.

Profile

  • Competent on Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Great at building new relationships to maintain deal flow in line with our growth plan
  • Serious team player and fantastic internal stakeholder management
  • Confident communication skills - happy to pick up the phone and deal directly with external stakeholders
  • Detail focused when preparing internal/external documents
