The team is looking for an ambitious, driven Assistant FP&A Analyst to support the function in London.Your new roleThe Finance Analyst will join the FP&A team in an international, dynamic, and fast-changing environment on a fifteen month fixed term contract. The role will allow the successful candidate to work autonomously, with flexibility and a strong focus on quality and delivery. > Develop financial models to support the decision-making processes, identifying key trends, variances and potential risks or opportunities. > Complete budget and forecast submissions, ensuring compliance with the standard FP&A process and timetable. > Monitoring financial performance and preparing regular, timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, variance analysis and performance metrics. > Present financial information to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.> Effectively communicate financial concepts and insights to non-financial stakeholders, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the financial implications of their decisions.What you'll need to succeed> Part Qualified: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent> Strong analytical skills and experience analysing financial results, trends, financial KPIs and financial ratios.> Proactive attitude, high attention to detail and ability to work independently.> Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment> Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel in the company.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
