Bank Reconciliation Analyst (Contract Position)

Location: London, Hybrid 1 Day office

Rate: Competitive

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for precision and a passion for process improvement? We're looking for a Bank Reconciliation Analyst to join our dynamic Group Finance team on a contract basis!

What you'll do:

  • Perform daily reconciliations of company bank accounts and inter-account fund movements.

  • Investigate and resolve unmatched items, working closely with global finance teams.

  • Drive process improvements and expand automation within our reconciliation systems.

  • Reconcile suspense accounts and monitor Treasury/client segregated bookings.

  • Support audits, produce management reports, and ensure compliance with controls and procedures.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in bank reconciliations and client accounting (knowledge of client money rules is a plus!).

  • Strong Excel skills and experience with reconciliation tools (Blackline or MRI Horizon experience is a bonus).

  • AAT or equivalent qualification preferred.

  • A self-starter with excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Flexibility to work critical periods and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
