- Assist in maintaining and updating the capital model, including methodology, coding, parameters, data, exposure, and reinsurance inputs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for policies and processes.
- Produce analysis and commentary to support internal and external reporting.
- Progress through the IFoA actuarial exams, aligning with professional development goals.
- Uphold the company’s values by maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
- Actuarial skills at the level of a nearly qualified UK actuary.
- Strong IT skills with an interest in coding and technology.
- Knowledge of general insurance practices.
- Experience with capital modelling software (e.g., Igloo, Tyche) is strongly preferred but not essential.
- Prior capital modelling experience is advantageous.
