Our client, a high-growth syndicate, is seeking a nearly or newly qualified candidate to join their Capital team.
The role, reporting to the Head of Capital Modelling, involves working closely with various stakeholders across the actuarial function and finance.
Candidates should have capital modelling experience, preferably using Remetrica, and possess strong project management and communication skills.
The position offers a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 and requires at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
This role requires the right to work in the UK, with sponsorship options available now or in the future.

Our client, a high-growth syndicate is seeking a nearly or newly qualified to join their Capital team.The role reports to the Head of Capital Modelling and will give you the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the actuarial function, underwriting, exposure management, finance, and operations.While the position primarily revolves around capital modelling, the structure of the firm offers opportunities to expand knowledge and gain experience in reserving and pricing.Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Capital Modelling to meet regulatory and business requirements.
Stakeholder engagement to coordinate the capital setting process.
Produce regulatory returns, including the LCR, TP's, PRA templates, and other ad-hoc reporting.
Assist SII initiatives and regulatory compliance, including, validation processes, use tests, documentation, and contribution to the ORSA.
Lead on model parameterisation process, developing new methodologies and processes

Skill Required:

Capital modelling role expereience using Remetrica
Strong project management and communication skills.
Proficiency in ReMetrica, other capital modelling platforms also considered
Excellent report writing skills
