Page Personnel are currently recruiting for one of our key clients who are based in London who are looking for a Card Funding Analyst to join their Finance team on an ongoing temporary basis, offering an immediate start. The successful candidate will ideally hold experience within Payments and Reconciliations and possess exposure within the Financial Services sector.

The successful candidate will ideally hold experience within Payments and Reconciliations and possess exposure within the Financial Services sector.

Our client specialises within payment solutions and operate within the Fintech space. They operate across several countries and maintain a well renowned reputation.

Description

Your key duties will include but wont be limited to the following:

  • Support the Card Funding team to ensure timely and precise allocation of funds.
  • Handle client requests regarding refunds and fund transfers.
  • Address and escalate issues related to systems or reconciliations.
  • Manage payment transactions across different multi-currency bank accounts.
  • Process client Direct Debit transactions.
  • Ensure timely settlement of urgent payments (Mastercard).
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Reconcile client accounts.
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Profile

The successful candidate should hold:

  • Previous experience in banking or the payments sector is an asset.
  • Experience in reconciliation or finance roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An inquisitive mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Capable of performing well under pressure.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Open to adopting new technology, enhancing systems, and embracing automation.
  • Adaptable and able to manage transitions.
