  • Cash Analytics: Lead the preparation and analysis of cash-flow forecasts, providing valuable insights and driving process improvements through advanced technology.
  • Cash Management & Investment: Manage daily cash operations, optimise multicurrency bank accounts, and execute investments to enhance cash yields and liquidity.
  • Governance & Reporting: Deliver monthly treasury reports, ensure compliance with regulatory controls, and develop enhanced reporting tools for better visibility.
  • Process Improvement & Projects: Support the centralisation of global cash pools, contribute to treasury system upgrades, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across cash and liquidity management.

Profile

I'm looking for a dynamic, commercially-minded Treasury professional who is passionate about driving change and delivering results. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in cash analytics and a demonstrated ability to provide value-added insights that drive business decisions.
  • Business Savvy: Strong commercial acumen, with the curiosity and drive to understand the commercial drivers of the groups businesses and the cash-flow impacts.
  • Agile Mindset: Ability to pivot between priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment, delivering consistently high standards.
  • Proactivity & Independence: A self-starter with a hands-on approach who can identify and implement process improvements.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong Excel and tech-driven skills, with the ability to leverage data and technology for better analysis and reporting.
  • Strong Communication & Influence: Adaptable interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders across the business.
  • Qualifications: Ideally, a qualified Associate/Member of the Corporate Treasurers Association (ACT) or equivalent, or working towards this.
  • Global Experience: Prior experience in large international businesses, particularly in Treasury or Finance, would be highly beneficial.
