Commercial Finance Analyst - Real Estate Business

Permanent / London / Hybrid

We are recruiting for a rapidly expanding, private equity-backed property management firm. This niche commercial property consultancy specialises in Property and Asset Management, offering personalised, high-quality services to their clients.

What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join a dynamic finance team. This role is centred on providing precise analysis and insights, while collaborating with the business to assist senior management in evaluating performance and driving commercially informed decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Do you possess previous experience in financial analysis & reporting, variance analysis and supporting strategic planning?
  • Are you well-versed in Excel, including v-look ups and pivots? 
  • Are you able to work with large data sets in Excel, quickly identifying trends and insights to offer recommendations and solutions?

What we need you to bring to the business:

  • Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
  • Strong numerical aptitude with proven experience in business partnering across various departments
  • Highly analytical, skilled in working with large Excel data sets to quickly identify trends and provide actionable insights and solutions
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Oracle or QuickBooks
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong professional relationships at all levels within the organisation
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
