You will work alongside a pool of other analysts, and will be responsible for: providing financial and management accounting support for the UK Commercial Finance Team, responsible for managing the UK Sales, Marketing and Opex budgets. Assist Commercial finance manager with budgeting, forecasting, regular financial reporting and analysis for UK market stakeholders. Support Commercial finance manager with Ad hoc requests and projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Updates in the budget trackers (actuals and forecast)
• Forecast preparation
• Managing actuals versus forecast and challenging teams accordingly
• Coordination and preparation of accruals and reclass posting
• Lead BAP/MEMO support for business stakeholders and manage adherence to operating guidelines. Monitor operating guideline level projects versus BAP/MEMO and take actions were necessary.
• Comply with accounting policy, JSOX and other internal controls
• Proactively support stakeholders in adhering to all internal controls and provide input for controls on new/updated processes
• Assist Commercial finance team in providing finance analysis. Data extraction and analysis from SAP, GPM, EPOS and EAM for commercial finance reporting, variance analysis/investigation and customer profitability reporting. Proactively provide suggestions for improvements based on analysis
• Assist Commercial Finance Managers with preparation of budgets for planning submissions - liaising with manager and stakeholders to challenge budget accuracy
