Commercial Finance Analyst (11 month FTC)

Our client is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand. The successful candidate will provide accurate and efficient financial analytical support relating to monthly closing, reporting and planning cycles.

What you'll do:

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, your role will be pivotal in providing accurate and efficient financial analytical support. You will manage the end-to-end process of Advertising, Promotion, Marketing Investment and Customer Discount management. Your responsibilities will include ensuring invoices are processed on time, reviewing Purchase Orders and GRNI aging reports, supporting Measurement and Evaluation processes, driving process improvement on Purchase to Pay (PTP) cycle, and ensuring planning process of costs are in line with commercial plans.

  • Provide accurate and efficient financial analytical support
  • Manage the end-to-end process of Advertising, Promotion, Marketing Investment and Customer Discount management
  • Ensure invoices are processed on time with payment fully aligned to group payment schedule and terms
  • Be the point of contact for the region with Group Accounts Payable team on outstanding unpaid invoices
  • Review Purchase Orders and GRNI aging reports with Commercial / Marketing team
  • Ensure full compliance of PO management
  • Support on Measurement and Evaluation processes
  • Drive process improvement on Purchase to Pay (PTP) cycle
  • Ensure planning process of costs are in line with commercial plans

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Commercial Finance Analyst role will bring strong financial analytical skills. They will have experience in managing Advertising, Promotion, Marketing Investment and Customer Discount management processes. They will have the ability to ensure invoices are processed on time and have experience in reviewing Purchase Orders and GRNI aging reports. They will also have knowledge of PO management compliance and experience in supporting Measurement and Evaluation processes. Their ability to drive process improvement on the Purchase to Pay (PTP) cycle will be crucial.
