- Own the monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for central cost functions.
- Partner with budget holders to produce accurate budgets and analyse key trends and variances.
- Work with suppliers to manage catering budgets and identify cost efficiencies.
- Support the Commercial Finance Manager in executive financial reporting.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of NSPB (NetSuite Planning & Budgeting) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, with skills in variance analysis and trend identification.
- A proactive approach, team-oriented attitude, and attention to detail.
- Relevant experience in commercial finance or financial analysis (2+ years).
- A desire to work toward ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications, with study support provided.
- Salary: 45k-50k
