Description
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews of internal processes to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and assist in applying changes to internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is embedded across the organisation.
Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role (preferably within fintech or financial services).
- Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks (FCA, AML, GDPR).
- CAMS certifications are advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
