A company based in Central London are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team.

This is a really exciting time to join the business, this role will sit within the Corporate Finance team. You will be responsible for the preparation of the quarterly update of the projection model, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Gather information on the business for the Reporting pack and Strategic pack for the shareholders, and board reports for the Senior Leadership team
  • Manage the company's projection model to ensure that it reflects the current status of the portfolio, identifying future growth opportunities to prepare an accurate valuation
  • Manage the annual and quarterly update of the Heavy Maintenance model
  • Support the Pricing function with the valuation of new investments in the projection model
  • Support with ad hoc requests in relation to the Projection Model and latest forecast assumptions
  • Preparation of quarterly debt compliance reporting.
  • Providing modelling support and analysis of new debt transactions
  • Assist with the annual Investor Presentation for Senior and Junior lenders
  • Assisting with debt amendment / waiver processes
  • Assist in preparing presentations on an ad-hoc basis for the board, shareholders, and lender
  • Run scenario analysis in the Projection model
