THE ROLE

Develop, implement, and optimize collections strategies across various customer segments to enhance recovery rates and reduce delinquency.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.
Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of collections strategies.
Use advanced analytics tools and techniques, such as predictive modeling and segmentation, to inform decision-making.
Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a credit risk/ collections strategy, analytics position
