Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your comprehensive foreign exchange expertise as a Relationship Manager to identify and engage potential clients for the company employing approved systems, platforms, and communication strategies.
  • Apply your commercial acumen to build rapport with prospective clients, converting leads into new corporate accounts for companies focused on managing FX exposure and enhancing payment solutions.
  • Oversee and nurture relationships with an assigned portfolio of Corporate Clients, ensuring smooth facilitation of their transactional needs and providing tailored business support.

Expectations & Requirements:

  • Apply a wide range of lead generation strategies to build and maintain a relevant and diverse client database.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for generating Qualified Leads as agreed.
  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients to align their needs with the company’s services and objectives.
  • Successfully onboard new corporate clients, expanding the business network.
  • Manage transactional relationships, including FX trading and payment services, ensuring all agreed benefits are delivered effectively.
  • Build and grow a profitable corporate client base while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Display a deep understanding of the FX market, macroeconomic trends, and the roles played by banks and brokers.
  • Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Participate in client meetings, networking functions, and promotional events with confidence.
  • Bring at least 3 years of commercial experience within the foreign exchange sector.
  • Expertly match the company’s trading solutions to the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Maintain and organize a structured schedule for regular client follow-ups.
  • Exhibit a high standard of professional telephone communication.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email.
  • Take a proactive approach in all aspects of work.
