A global consultancy firm is seeking a Project Manager focused on billing and revenue to join their team.
This role involves close collaboration with the Immigration team and the Finance team, and is based in London on a hybrid schedule.
Candidates should have WIP/project accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience working with large data sets being essential.
Exposure to the Tiger system is ideal, but not mandatory, as strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
The position offers a competitive salary, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

A global consultancy firm are looking for a Project Manager that will focus on billing & revenue; to join the team.

This is a pivotal role for the business working closely with the Immigration team to support on their accounts.

Based in the heart of London on a hybrid basis working closely with the Finance team, this is a great role for someone who loves data crunching and has good systems knowledge:

Key responsibilities:

Monitor the quality & accuracy of the input of immigration cases in Tiger
Download tiger reports for billing preparation
Preparation of WIP recs to ascertain revenue recognition and estimate the work in progress to be carried forward
Management of ITBs (intercompany cross charges) and other third-party costs by liaising with suppliers and other agencies
Ad-hoc support for the two key immigration accounts

What we are looking for:

WIP / project accounting experience essential
Exposure to Tiger ideal but not necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience working with large data sets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
