My client, a leading global investment management firm that excels in innovative, thematic, and sustainable investing, has a new opening for an experienced Data Quality & Valuations Administrator.

The primary function of the role is focused on data quality and valuations production, which includes security and pricing data, valuations production and payments processing.

In this role, you will analyse and validate pricing feeds from data vendors that feed into clients' fund performance and valuations. This role includes preparing and ensuring the accuracy of monthly valuation packs for clients, reconciling stock and cash positions versus client custodians and the firm's custodians, ensuring pricing is accurate.

Candidates will demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and an appetite for drilling into data to identify and resolve errors, ensuring all business queries are addressed promptly and accurately.

Your varied tasks will include data maintenance and reconciliation work, production and checking of ad hoc and period-end client valuations, maintenance of cash and stock positions of in-house funds as well as institutional and private client portfolios, maintenance of data integrity, pricing of equities, fixed income, market-listed derivatives and indices, stock setup for use on the trading platform and query resolution and escalation internally/externally to name just a few tasks.
