Delegated Authority Bordereaux Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Delegated Authority Bordereaux Analyst on behalf of our client, a very well established and highly regarded London Market Insurer.

The successful candidate will work alongside an existing team of DA Business Partners and the DA Operations team, supporting the tracking / processing whilst ensuring improvement in the quality of all bordereaux information data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the management and processing of received bordereaux via the bordereaux management system (BDX).
  • Managing the bordereaux collection process and escalating issues to DA Business Partners where necessary.
  • Problem solving and liaising with Coverholders and Brokers when issues arise.
  • Delivery of monthly Delegated Authority bordereaux data to be presented in monthly forums.
  • Delivery of improved bordereaux reporting and output via Power BI reporting for wider business.
  • Assisting the Conduct area in operating product oversight procedure for delegated authority business via bordereaux data.
  • Providing technical advice on bordereaux data requirements for specific territories and classes of business.
  • Handling timelines of processes and feedback from DA Business Partners and Underwriting teams.

Key Requirements

  • Experience of working within the London Insurance Market in an operational, reporting or support role, with an understanding of Lloyd’s delegated bordereaux standards.
  • Experience of working with BDX bordereaux system, including mapping, is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
