Early Years Worker (Children's Centre)

Position: Early Years Worker
Location: Islington
Contract: Fixed-term, Mid-January to July 25
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (35 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Worker to join our team at a welcoming Children's Centre near N19. This year-round position offers a fixed-term contract, ideal for someone who values a consistent schedule and is ready to start in mid-January.

As an Early Years Worker, you will:

• Provide exceptional care and educational support to children in a warm and inclusive setting.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to the needs of children in their early years.
• Foster a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment that promotes learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced childcare professionals.

• Cache Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in childcare or an early years setting.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ideally located within easy reach of N19.

• Fixed hours for a healthy work-life balance (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
