This newly created Finance Analysis will form a key part of the Finance team for a rapidly growing Asset Manager firm paying £60,000 to £65,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus. Currently operating on 2 days a week based in the City of London

Role

This Finance Analysis Role will help the Firm scale the finance function, put new processes in place and refine existing ones. This role will work closely with the Finance Director put in providing support for a growing team. Please find a brief outline of the role below.

  • Budget and Business Planning: Prepare the consolidated budget and multi-year business plan models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Management Reporting and Analysis: Support the month-end close process in close partnership with the accounting team, analysing Group and divisional performance. Owner of Finance's management reporting, providing insightful variance analysis and a comprehensive view of financial performance to the leadership team and Board.
  • FP&A Infrastructure: Drive the build out the Finance IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient and effective reporting processes that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Commercial business support: Support wider commercial and strategic initiatives, including pricing reviews, supplier rationalization and capital planning.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests as required, providing timely and accurate financial insights to support diverse business needs and opportunities.
  • Other: Support in the preparation of the Group's statutory accounts, including drafting of the Strategic Report and Investor materials

Profile

The Finance Analysis for this Asset Manager Firm is ideally looking for

  • A Newly Qualified (ACA) from a top 10 Practice
  • Or someone who's newly Qualified Industry trained Finance Analysis
  • Someone who's audited Financial services or worked within Financial services

Salary & Benefits
