A new vacancy has arisen with one of Handle Recruitment's biggest Music clients for a Financial Analyst. Working for this globally recognised Music giant, the position is offering a full study support package (ACCA or CIMA). Based in central London this progressive analyst position will report into senior figures within the finance department within the label. You will work alongside the record label supporting across budget forecasting, month end analysis and invoicing. Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Assistance with financial planning
  • Assistance with financial models
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Assistance with budgets and forecasts
  • Creating and presenting weekly reports for senior label management and business heads.

Essential Experience/Qualifications:

  • Possess a finance or accounting related degree, ideally with a 2:1 or above
  • Spent time working in an accounting function as a finance intern or post-graduation - accounting/analyst role
  • Experience of working with Excel and Microsoft packages
  • SAP system experience
  • Experience within a music/media or entertainment company will be advantageous but not essential.

Suitable for a candidate with previous Finance experience and an Accounting or Finance related degree, you will be highly proactive, organised and motivated. You will have also have a real passion for, and knowledge of the Music Industry
