Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management and stakeholders.
- Due Diligence: Assist in the financial due diligence process for potential acquisitions and investments.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the financial performance of portfolio companies and provide insights to improve profitability and sustainability.
- ESG Integration: Collaborate with the ESG team to integrate ESG factors into financial analysis and reporting.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is required.
- Experience: Proven experience working in a private equity-backed company.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
