Finance Analyst

KennedyPearce are hiring a Junior Finance Analyst on a 3-6 month basis (could go permanent). This is a business partnering role reporting to the Finance Manager, within the Controlling team. The role will be responbile for contract compliance; ensuring contract trading terms are monitored and correctly accounted for in the financials. Assisting with Internal reporting needs of the business and external reporting to the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting for the business on customers performance/KPIs
• Reporting externally to customers
• Calculation and tracking of customer chargebacks/rebates so they are correctly accounted for
• Monitoring contract trading terms and KPIs, providing financial data to the business on performance
• Weekly sales the Lenstec entity

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong excel skill and ability to manage large data sets
• Enthusiasm and the ability to be proactive
• Able to follow a process but spot when something is not working and a different step might be required
