Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the asset valuation process, ensuring all tasks are completed within set deadlines.
- Ensure systems and records are kept up to date and managed efficiently.
- Work with a range of external stakeholders including banks, security trustees, valuers, and law firms to achieve objectives.
- Prepare detailed analysis and reports for both internal and external use, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Work closely with the Treasury team to support wider financial and strategic objectives.
- Highlight trends in large data sets and carry out reconciliations.
- Oversee a shared team inbox ensuring queries are responded to in a timely manner.
This Finance Analyst position will be based in East London and requires 1-2 days per week in the office. The role will report into a knowledgeable Treasury Manager and will join a dedicated team. This vacancy will best suit candidates familiar with analysing large data sets and comfortable using Excel.
