We are working with a leading independent bridging finance provider based in the London, who are looking for a Finance Analyst to join the growing team.This is a multifaceted role as an excel finance modeller but with personable skills and common sense to manage relationship with all investors from Banks to Individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain various cashflow models to manage reporting for several existing funding lines.
- Ad-hoc cashflow scenario analysis to allow comparison between potential future funding options and structures - to facilitate negotiations of termsheets with various funding providers.
- Manage and control the Corporate Investor Relationships from on boarding to continuous partnerships including design and build of financial models with data analysis.
- To ensure interest is collected in a timely manner and to ensure the process of redemption of loans is strictly adhered to including constantly improving cashflow and long-term planning models to address the requirements of internal/external stakeholders.
- To ensure the compliance department finance reporting is run efficiently, effectively and ensure we are audit compliant on all files.
Role Requirements
Corporate Investors
o Produce cost analysis models
o Produce term sheets and negotiate with Corporate Investor.
o Ownership on due diligence with the Corporate Investor.
o Ensure we comply with all covenants with Institutional Investors.
o Reporting to Institutional Investors on a monthly basis.
o Redemption calculations on all Institutional Investor Loans.
o Loan allocation - determine optimal allocation of loans across various funding lines
Compliance
o Review audit file and sign off COT before payment on all individual loan files.
o Review and approve audit compliance list.
o Partner with the wider finance team to ensure accurate financial/non-financial data is used for budgeting and planning.
