What You’ll DoAs a Finance Analyst, you will:
- Oversee and manage the full purchase-to-pay processes, including raising purchase orders, processing virtual credit cards, and managing invoices.
- Provide advice on best practices and compliance for payment routes to programs and departments.
- Analyse financial reports, reconcile ledger data, and present actionable insights to relevant teams.
- Manage end-of-month financial accruals and journal entries, ensuring accurate and timely completion supported by appropriate evidence.
Who You Are
- A full AAT qualification or extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role as an Accounting Technician or equivalent.
- Solid experience in month-end and year-end financial processes, including ledger reconciliation and journal entries.
- Strong understanding of purchase-to-pay processes, including raising purchase orders, receipting, and invoice payments.
