I am working with an organisation to recruit for a Finance AnalystLocation- London

On-site Requirements- Hybrid

Salary- £38,000-£41,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyse financial data to support business planning and performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain accurate management reports, ensuring key stakeholders have the insights they need.
  • Work with different departments to improve data accuracy and ensure finance information is robust.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial performance and provide recommendations.
  • Highlight and resolve data integrity issues to improve reporting and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve information and reporting systems.
  • Assist with forecasting future stock needs and associated budget requirements.
  • Support colleagues with finance-related insights, analysis, and training.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working within a large finance team in an analytical or reporting role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with proven experience conducting detailed quantitative analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.)
  • Ideally part-qualified in a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or QBE
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders and present complex data in a clear and meaningful way.
  • Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets within a business intelligence or data warehouse environment.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to spot trends to drive service improvements.
