Salary- £38,000-£41,000
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyse financial data to support business planning and performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain accurate management reports, ensuring key stakeholders have the insights they need.
- Work with different departments to improve data accuracy and ensure finance information is robust.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial performance and provide recommendations.
- Highlight and resolve data integrity issues to improve reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve information and reporting systems.
- Assist with forecasting future stock needs and associated budget requirements.
- Support colleagues with finance-related insights, analysis, and training.
- Experience working within a large finance team in an analytical or reporting role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with proven experience conducting detailed quantitative analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.)
- Ideally part-qualified in a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or QBE
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders and present complex data in a clear and meaningful way.
- Ability to manage and manipulate large data sets within a business intelligence or data warehouse environment.
- Attention to detail and an ability to spot trends to drive service improvements.
