This prominent housing association is looking to bring in a Finance Analyst into their dynamic, collaborative team for between 6-12 months to begin. Their main aim as an organisation is to provide the people of London with affordable, safe homes. They believe that every person no matter how rich or poor has the right to access a house they can call their own. They are looking for a candidate with strong excel and data analysis skills to join the team as a Finance Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and advice on decision making for month end, forecasts and budgets
  • Comfortable working on and analysing large data sets in excel and carrying out complex reconciliations
  • Understanding of the financial process from start to end
  • Maintain accurate recording of work on relevant systems and ensure financial integrity

Requirements:

  • Understanding of working within a large finance team and dealing with large volumes of data
  • Confident using excel including pivot tables, v-look ups and sumifs
  • Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and an analytical approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
