Finance Analyst - Fully Remote - Following a period of reorganisation, this dynamic full-service sales, marketing and client solution is looking to recruit a high calibre, Part Qualified Accountant with at least 1 year's relevant experience as a Finance Analyst to work within its FP&A team. Knowledge of Power BI is essential for the position.

This role will be pivotal in shaping the financial function of the company by providing insightful analysis and data-driven decision support. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing robust financial models, forecasting and performance metrics that will drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of budgeting and forecasting processes, including the creation of forecast models, cash flow projections, and performance monitoring against established budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage and optimise business intelligence tools and dashboards to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the month-end closing process and the preparation of Management Information (MI) reports, providing insightful analysis.
  • Analyse and report on key business performance drivers to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee revenue reporting, including KPI analysis and revenue accruals management.
  • Facilitate the development and integration of efficient processes across finance and other business functions.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses as required to support various business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with experience in financial systems.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI is essential.
  • High proficiency in financial modelling and reporting.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Part qualified in ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent.
