Our ClientOur client is a growing education organisation with a £3 million turnover, recently achieving its first year of profitability. With sub 50 employees and an expanding footprint, they are looking for a skilled financial analyst to help drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. The Role
  • Conduct financial analysis and management accounting, ensuring robust reporting and insights.
  • Analyse data to identify trends.
  • Work with large datasets in Excel, including margin analysis, budgeting, and financial modelling.
  • Support financial reporting, including variance analysis and forecasting.
  • Engage with UK-based teams while collaborating with international colleagues.
  • Utilise the systems and other data tools to streamline reporting and financial processes.
  • Hands-on role, suitable for someone comfortable getting into the detail.
The Successful Candidate
  • Strong financial analysis and accounting experience, ideally with management accounting exposure.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment (occasional in-person meetings).
  • A background in a smaller business environment is preferred.
  • Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW) are not required but beneficial.
