Finance Appraisal Analyst

Your new companyWork for a large organisation that specialises in making a difference to the community and one of the UK's leading housing associations. Your role will support the provision of investment appraisal services and the maintenance of investment appraisal systems that support investment decisions and broader organisational objectives. This role demands strong analytical skills, a passion for collaboration, and a strong desire to make a real impact.Your new role

• Monitor and reconcile budgets and actuals for speculative, abortive, and defect accounts in the group's development program ensuring balances stay within approved limits
• Manage the project suspense account, liaise with development colleges on variation reports.
• Track and maintain the group's development cashflow, ensuring data flows between Pamwin and Sun systems (and successors), ensure transaction and data migration integrity.
• Assist with the review of Pamwin appraisals for accuracy and compliance. Assist in the preparation of appraisal finance signoffs.
• Review building safety appraisals for accuracy and compliance. Prepare building safety appraisal signoffs and offer opinion before submission to approving bodies.
• Prepare project monitoring reports based on monitored project costs and revenues, plus standard Pamwin reports regularly.
• Post and reconcile uploaded budgets, create outturn reports for completed schemes. Monitor and update project costs/budgets, conduct cost resplits where necessary.

• Due to the urgency of this role you must have knowledge of PAMWIN (Finance Appraisal System)
• Available to start work as soon a possible
• A strong background in providing analytics for complex, large organisations.
