A leading global law firm is seeking a skilled Finance Business Systems Analyst to join its London office. This role is integral to the Finance Systems team, focusing on implementing global objectives, leading strategic projects, and supporting daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving and managing finance-related projects from concept to delivery, ensuring outcomes align with firm objectives.
  • Acting as the link between finance, IT, and business services teams, translating business needs into system solutions.
  • Implementing operational improvements, promoting best practices, and maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the firm’s finance systems (e.g., Elite 3E) and ensuring compliance with global fiscal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Training and supporting finance teams globally, enhancing their understanding of finance systems and processes.
About You:The ideal person will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years in a finance business analyst role or as a qualified accountant with systems expertise.
  • Familiarity with legal finance systems, particularly Elite 3E, and related technologies.
  • Strong communication abilities, problem-solving mindset, and stakeholder management experience.
  • A keen eye for detail, process improvement, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
