Robertson Bell are partnering with a fantastic international charity who are seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role based in Central London.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand the current reporting processes and to identify where efficiencies can be derived.  
  • Reconciling a backlog of programme accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Train the transactional team on improved processes.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Experienced working in an international charity.
  • Strong understanding of donor reporting and complex reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent project management and training skills.
