Description
- Assess financial statements, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors to support investment decisions.
- Conduct in-depth credit analysis on potential and existing loan investments.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify risks or opportunities for value enhancement.
- Assist in structuring and executing private credit transactions.
- Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including risk, legal, and operations, to ensure efficient deal execution and portfolio management.
Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, financial modelling, or investment research, ideally within private credit, leveraged finance, or structured lending.
- Strong understanding of loan structures, debt markets, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
