Job Summary:

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis, providing essential support to Finance and Contract Support teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match, verify, and reconcile invoices against purchase orders.
  • Chase outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintain effective communication with vendors.
  • Generate and process accurate purchase orders for client billing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records, including invoices, POs, and billing documentation.Assist in the preparation and delivery of client billing statements.
  • Work closely with the finance and contract support teams to streamline processes and provide general administrative support.
  • Adhere to financial regulations and company policies, ensuring all tasks meet auditing and reporting standards.

Essential skills / experience required

  • Previous experience in a finance, accounts payable, or finance administrative role with invoice processing and billing
  • Experience with Facilities Management FM industry
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables and basic formulas).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach to liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
