Strong communicators, independent thinking, inquisitive individual’s eager to further learn and develop their knowledge and skills within the fields of Investment Management, Portfolio Construction and macro-economic trends.

Working within a fast paced and changing environment, your main duties will be to conduct in depth portfolio and asset analysis along with contributing to the development of asset liability management tools. You will also be required to make client portfolio recommendations in line with their risk tolerance and investment objectives as well as considering how to align the client portfolio strategy with their financial planning objectives.

The successful individual will be required to produce client presentation materials to explain the impact of the advice provided on their financial life strategy and ability to meet their long-term goals. Dealing with highly sophisticated clients, strong communication skills are key as candidates will be expected to build relationships in client facing situations and over time, will be required to present analytics and rationale behind recommendations.

Other duties will include being part of broader firm building initiatives including recruiting, digital product experiences and user testing & strategy.

This opportunity will suit high achieving, ambitious graduates (ideally 1st Class or minimum 2:1 in a related subject) who have between 1-3 years’ experience of working within the financial services sector who have ideally made progress with relevant market qualifications including CFA, IMC or CII. Alternatively, these opportunities could suit individuals from other professional sectors seeking an opportunity to develop their careers within the personal financial planning sector.

Individuals must be proficient within all areas of Microsoft Office along with Google Sheets/Slides. Financial modelling skills along with experience of working with Bloomberg/Thomson Reuters would be considered advantageous.
