FP&A Analyst | £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Central London (Hybrid)

We're currently supporting a large, rapidly growing business in the search for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to take ownership of a newly created role within their expanding Market Services division.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible and high-impact role, working directly with the CFO of this portfolio, which spans across surveying services, insurance, and technology. The business has ambitious plans and is investing heavily in performance-led finance, this is your chance to shape how financial insights are delivered, influence decision-making, and support exciting growth across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the monthly management accounts process, including commentary and variance analysis
  • Support with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc commercial reporting
  • Provide performance and commercial insight to leadership teams across multiple businesses
  • Build and track key performance metrics for the insurance, surveying, and tech businesses (e.g., ARR, ARPU, churn, utilisation)
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accuracy in billing and revenue recognition
  • Collaborate across finance and business leadership teams to drive accountability and performance

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • A natural analyst with strong commercial instinct and a passion for turning data into insight
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrix environment with a "can-do" approach
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience would be a plus
  • Experience in PE-backed businesses and/or exposure to professional services, insurance, or SaaS is desirable
