- Performing stock analysis to understand inventory trends and drive decision-making.
- Providing analysis on actual vs. budget performance and recommending actionable strategies.
- Driving insights into cost of goods sold (COGS) and its impact on overall financial health.
- Assisting with US tax compliance (desirable) and other regulatory requirements.
- Supporting ad hoc financial projects and delivering solutions in real time.
- Proven FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally in retail/fashion.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; BI tools are a plus.
- Expertise in KPI tracking, stock/margin analysis, and decision-driving insights.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication skills.

- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + discretionary bonus.
