Description
- Drive the financial planning and forecasting process.
- Deliver detailed financial reports and presentations to senior management.
- Provide business insight and analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with various business units to gather and validate budget inputs.
- Assist in the preparation of the company's annual budget.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial visibility and control.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- ACA qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
