FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in a global, fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work. This role will report directly to the FP&A Manager and involve collaboration across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the FP&A team during peak periods, such as month-end and budgeting cycles.
  • Support the commercial team with various reporting needs, including business plans and wholesale reports.
  • Conduct weekly sales reporting, analyse variances, and provide clear explanations.
  • Maintain and update reporting dashboards and tools to ensure accurate, timely data is available for internal stakeholders, aiding in data-driven decision-making.
  • Respond to ad-hoc commercial requests from the FP&A team.
  • Provide accurate insights and recommendations for improvement to management.

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to additional responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and adhere to established processes.
  • Experience working with multiple currencies.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Navision/Business Central.
  • Fully qualified in ACA, CIMA, or ACCA.
  • Background in the luxury sector or wholesale is an advantage.
