An award winning MGA are looking for a FP&A Analyst to provide the CFO and Financial Controller with technical, strategic, and financial planning support, whilst being a valued member of the day-to-day team

The main responsibilities of this FP&A Analyst role will include:

Prepare and Support all Board and Exco pack reporting
Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for the business
Support monthly variance analysis for reporting purposes
Develop financial models and metrics to enable key decision making
Regular reviews of cash management effectiveness
Supporting or report production for board meetings
Preparation of management accounts reports
Continuous improvement in cashflow modelling and forecasting

The successful candidate for this FP&A Analyst will need experience in working in an accounting function in the insurance industry. The candidate must also be qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and be a confident communicator and have good knowledge of Excel.
