An award winning MGA are looking for a FP&A Analyst to provide the CFO and Financial Controller with technical, strategic, and financial planning support, whilst being a valued member of the day-to-day team

The main responsibilities of this FP&A Analyst role will include:

  • Prepare and Support all Board and Exco pack reporting
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for the business
  • Support monthly variance analysis for reporting purposes
  • Develop financial models and metrics to enable key decision making
  • Regular reviews of cash management effectiveness
  • Supporting or report production for board meetings
  • Preparation of management accounts reports
  • Continuous improvement in cashflow modelling and forecasting

The successful candidate for this FP&A Analyst will need experience in working in an accounting function in the insurance industry. The candidate must also be qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and be a confident communicator and have good knowledge of Excel.
