Reed.co.uk is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their Finance Team in Holborn, London.

OverviewAs an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance our financial performance and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with budgeting, reforecasting, and long-term financial planning.

  • Conduct variance analysis to evaluate business performance.

  • Prepare financial reports highlighting key metrics for senior management.

  • Analyse trends in KPIs and recommend financial improvements.

  • Model short- and long-term financial scenarios.

  • Support financial modelling for business cases and new initiatives.

  • Assist with sales and revenue target setting, including bonus accruals.

  • Contribute to pricing strategies for new products and renewals.

  • Collaborate on process improvements and automation.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in FP&A or a similar finance role.

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software is a plus.

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CIMA/ACCA qualification preferred).
