Role Overview: The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. Working closely with senior finance and operational teams, this role will play a critical part in supporting strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and commercial strategy.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.
  • Assist in variance analysis, cost control, and profitability assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with business units to drive financial efficiency and process improvements.
  • Provide insight into key financial drivers and risks to enhance strategic planning.
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to financial analysis and business performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a recruitment or professional services environment.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting systems and data analysis tools.
