Reporting to the Director of FP&A, as FP&A Analyst you will play a pivotal role in providing FP&A and finance business partnering services to key stakeholders to support this PE backed scaling business. Duties to include.

  • Playing a key role in annual budgeting, strategic planning and forecasting activities
  • Creating value added MI reporting to various stakeholders across Sales, Merchandising, Finance and Exco to enable decision making and oversight over performance both weekly and monthly
  • To support pricing activities across UK and Europe and ensure gross margin is aligned with strategic objectives
  • Support projects such as new product roll out, new country roll out from an FP&A perspective
  • Act as a Finance Business Partner to stakeholders across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and Finance

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and be looking to develop your FP&A and commercial finance skills within this fast growing retail business. You will have experience of P&L reporting and analysis and exposure to budgeting and forecasting. You will be comfortable in creating new reports, adding value to the business and driving changes versus following a process and building robust relationships where you are seen as a trusted business advisor.Experience of working within a scale-up or SME business desirable.This client offers hybrid working, 3 days office and 2 home
