Partner Financial are working with a listed Consumer organisation with a turnover in the billions. The business is experiencing a changing market dynamic which needs constant attention. With a forward thinking leadership team, they have revolutionised the sector with a continued focus on their customers and product offering.

Working along the Group Reporting Manager and Group Financial Controller, you will support in the production and analysis of the Group’s financial information. Your goal will be to improve the Group’s financial performance through accurate reporting, advanced technology, and strategic analysis.

The role:

  • Consolidating the Group’s monthly and quarterly FP&A data, ensuring an accurate and efficient process that yields valuable insights for the Leadership team
  • Driving process improvements and explore innovative methods for analysing and presenting financial information.
  • Serving as the primary contact for finance teams across operating companies, handling information requests and addressing related queries.
  • Supporting the preparation of the Group’s quarterly financial results, including key data points for the Financial Review.
  • Analysing the financial performance of operating companies, identifying key insights and recommending areas for performance enhancement.
  • Working alongside the Investor Relations team by providing detailed analysis and researching new ways to offer external insights, including comparisons with key competitors.

The ideal candidate:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Working experience within a listed organisation will be adventageous
  • Highly analytical individual, with the ability to identify trends and insights to influence business
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, fostering good team dynamics and collaboration.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and generating new ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in analytical and problem-solving tasks, including the ability to analyse, interpret, and present financial and business data.
