Your new companyYou will be working with a global management consultancy company who are looking to expand their team. This individual will work directly for one of their managers, leading several process improvement initiatives. They will support complex data gathering and analysis, building worksheets from various data sources and completing detailed audits and checks, under the guidance of the manager. Your new role

  • Support regional Finance and HR teams with improvement initiatives related to payroll management
  • Support audit of and reconciliation of historical payrolls to inform recommendations on improvement initiatives required to address issues/concerns
  • Analyse large sets of data to develop historical and forecasted payment profiles across employee groups
  • Support the development of recommendations for simplified tracking of benefits and allowance balances
  • Support Finance with the development of revised cash-flow forecast, accounting for new payment profiles developed
  • Involvement in additional transformation workstreams through analytics on

What you'll need to succeed

  • A recent graduate with 1-2 years' experience
  • BSC degree in Account/finance or Engineering or Mathematics or similar
  • Very analytical, strong attention to detail and ability to work with large quantities of data
  • Advanced ability to use Excel and databases
  • Professional attitude and ability to liaise with and influence internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain data security
