SENIOR/LEAD CREDIT STRATEGY ANALYST

UP TO £80,000

LONDON

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing fintech looking to double down on their acquisition efforts and are looking for a talented analyst who can work cross functionally across the business.

THE COMPANY

This business is a growing car finance lender, who have recently raised over £150 million and are backed by some of the world's leading investors.

THE ROLE

You can expect to be involved in the following day-to-day:

  • Analyse and track full funnel data throughout the acquisition journey, applying a test-and-learn approach to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Design, propose, and execute tests and optimisations across all acquisition touchpoints.
  • Develop and define roadmaps for growth initiatives driven by data insights.
  • Identify and analyse opportunities to improve acceptance rates while maintaining overall performance.
  • Utilise a data-driven approach to prioritise initiatives for the acquisition team.
  • Own the requirements for data products necessary for effective monitoring and reporting.
  • Conduct pricing tests and analysis to balance product competitiveness with optimal conversion rates.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong STEM degree.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment.
  • Experience analysing data to find growth elvers and set strategy.
  • Deep understanding of credit risk.
